are your RAM was broke ?
don't trash it, it can still repaired if your RAM still in one piece or not burned.
just 2 simple step how to fix the broken RAM.
1. clean all pin of RAM using cotton + thinner oil. that make the dust and dirt out from RAM pin.
2. take an avo meter and switch to the direction of measuring ohms. you can choose x1,x10,x100 it doesn't matter. then plug the red cable(+) to the one of RAM pin, and the black cable(-) grit to the all of IC feet. avo meter battery can help to restore the hampered stream of RAM.
